William H. Frazier Elementary recently hosted its Leadership Ceremony, a special event highlighting student growth, community connection, and cultural pride. As part of the celebration, students had the opportunity to hear from Adrianna Echeverria, a valued member of the WHF team who supports students in their leadership journey.
Echeverria shared her involvement in the lowrider community and spoke about the rich history and cultural significance of lowriding as both an art form and tradition. To bring the story to life, she showcased her very own lowrider car on campus, giving students a chance to admire the craftsmanship, creativity, and cultural pride embedded in the lowrider movement.
